2. Reporting an issue

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order or identifying the issue. Share your order details and, where useful, clear photographs of the affected produce so we can review the matter.

3. Perishable products

Fresh fruits and vegetables can naturally vary in size, colour, shape and ripeness. These normal variations are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund. Quality concerns such as spoilage, significant damage or an item being materially different from what was ordered may be reviewed.

4. Refund method and timing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be made through the original payment method where practical. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider or bank. For cash or other offline transactions, we will agree an appropriate resolution with the customer.

5. Replacements and partial refunds

Depending on the situation, Daily Bhaji may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund instead of accepting a physical return of perishable produce.

6. Cancellations
